Standard policy (customize these windows to match your business rules):
When you cancel | Refund |
---|---|
More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup | Full refund (minus any non-refundable fees) |
Between 48 and 24 hours before pickup | 50% refund of rental charges |
Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show | No refund — full rental charge applies |
Prepaid deposits: If a deposit was collected and the booking is cancelled in an eligible time window, the deposit will be returned according to the refund timings.
Modifications: Date/time modifications are allowed subject to availability. Changing a booking that results in a shorter rental period may incur re-calculation of refund/charges.
